Ballymena Chamber of Commerce President Alan Stewart visited the new premises of new Chamber member\u00a0D.C.\u00a0Corr\u00a0this Month.<\/strong><\/p>\n

DC\u00a0Corr\u00a0and Co was recently established in June 2014 on Main Street, Randalstown by qualified accountant Dermot Corr. Dermot is a native of Randalstown and spent\u00a017 years working for some of the leading accounting firms\u00a0in Northern Ireland. He\u00a0took the decision to open his own practice in the bustling\u00a0town of Randalstown,\u00a0which is\u00a0his local town and\u00a0an area he has\u00a0plenty of\u00a0business and personal\u00a0connections with.<\/p>\n

Dermot\u00a0attended Saint Louis Grammar School in Ballymena. He graduated with\u00a0B.Sc(Accounting) from Queens University Belfast in 1997 and subsequently commenced his Training Contract with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.<\/p>\n

Dermot\u00a0completed his Training Contract\u00a0with DT Carson and Company, one of the leading accounting firms in Ballymena.\u00a0He was admitted as an Associate to The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland in 2002 and\u00a0spent 4 further years with ASM\u00a0Horwath\u00a0in\u00a0Magherafeltbefore joining Flannigan Edmonds\u00a0Bannon\u00a0in Belfast,\u00a0where he spent 8 years as manager servicing a large and varied client base from all over Northern Ireland and England.
