Mid and East Antrim Borough Council\u00a0has\u00a0agreed\u00a0to be the principal sponsor for the 2016\u00a0Ballymena\u00a0Business Excellence Awards. The awards are organised annually by Ballymena Borough Chamber of Commerce and Industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Announcing the sponsorship deal, Alan Stewart, Chamber President said: \u201cI\u00a0am\u00a0delighted to announce that Mid and East Antrim Borough\u00a0Council willbe the principal sponsor for the 2016\u00a0Business Awards.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

We\u2019ve seen growth in interest, attendance and applications for the awards every year since we\u00a0started, with last year almost 500\u00a0people attending the Gala evening. It\u2019s always great to see the mix of businesses at the awards, representing sectors from retail to manufacturing to services. And it allows Ballymena to showcase the best businesses and practices\u00a0to outside bodies perhaps looking to locate new businesses.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

I\u2019m glad to say that Chamber\u00a0has\u00a0an excellent working relationship with Mid and East Antrim Borough Council and\u00a0I look forward to this business focused approach continuing in the future\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n
